I came in primarily because my AC wasn't cooling effectively, but also got an oil change and tire rotation. I was very pleased, because they could have sold me a whole new cooling system, but instead recharged it, showed me where there was some damage to the circulation panel, and told me that while the compressor was "going," I could just wait until it died before doing anything about it. Being a female with limited auto mechanic knowledge, I appreciate that he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need at the time. Also, my truck wasn't starting on the first crank, so he checked my battery. I knew I needed a new battery, but having him tell me that I was at just over 50%, and that he could install one and have me on my way in another 10-15 minutes was awesome. I also like the quality of parts/equipment y'all used (Penzoil and AC Delco). I know it may seem like a small thing, but I am confident that I was not/will not be ripped off by someone just trying to make a buck.

Chris is always honest and up front and does whatever he can to save you money. They do often run behind schedule, and they don't take appointments, but if that's the cost of having a fantastic mechanic at a fantastic price, so be it!

We talked about what other issues were found (which while not known to me, were expected) and they didn't try to push other services on me that are simple things I can do myself
