Good photographer patient with the kids good prices
For 2 years in a row, I had someone call me personally to tell me of issues with my daughters photo's. The first she did not have the money in the envelope. But, they let me go ahead and give my credit card over the phone. The second issue, No smile. They offered to retake the photo. Awesome company with awesome customer service!!

Great customer service!! I did not like that the 'cheaper' packages have changed. I have 2 children in 4 different sports. We don't need large packages of the pictures.

I loved the fact that they called me to ask what pictures I wanted on my travel mug. I had an option of the team picture or the individual picture or both. Thanks for taking the time to do that and by the way, the mug turned out awesome!
