I am just amazed at the customer service I received from the owner. I voiced some concerns and immediately got a phone call from Saundra. She asked what she could do to help because they want to make sure everyone is happy. She was very responsive to my concerns. This company is great to work with for our baseball photos. The photographers are happy to retake a photo if you don’t like it. Everyone was very nice and amiable. Highly recommend!
Fast dependable service
The pictures are great quality. Very fast service. The only complaint I have is I don't own a computer, iPad or tablet, so I had to order on my android smartphone. I ordered 5 different poses so I had to pay 5 different shipping and handling fees. Quite pricey! Unless you know my middle initial you probably don't want to use my initials. Looks bad without that middle initial.
The photos were taken so well and the poses were perfect. The selection for the background was amazing! So much to choose from.
