For 2 years in a row, I had someone call me personally to tell me of issues with my daughters photo's. The first she did not have the money in the envelope. But, they let me go ahead and give my credit card over the phone. The second issue, No smile. They offered to retake the photo. Awesome company with awesome customer service!!
