The time the staff took to make sure each aspect of my sons picture was great from the ball he was holding facing the right direction to a team pic of 3 year olds that everyone is facing the right direction. When I thought I had a problem with my order it was handled in a friendly and timely matter. The issue though was my misunderstanding and Saundra was super friendly and kind.

I would like pictures to say spring/fall with year when you have more than 1 kids in soccer kinda gets hard to keep track of seasons, lol other than that love the service!
Being a first time customer with this company the pictures turned out amazing and the owner and her staff wre AMAZING and I really liked the selection of picture gifts you could get. I also ordered additional pictures from a previous date and the owner made sure that I was completly taken care of and most companies won't go above and beyond or their customers. I look forward to doing business with this company again!
