Here at Sylvan Kahala, students' needs come first. We bought a group tutoring package where the number of students of the group is under 3. I am very grateful that both Sam and Pam care about our children's feedback after the first class and quickly made appropriate adjustments so they have the right tutors for them, and they have their own group which seems to work out fine. Also Pam and Sam tried their best to fit our schedule. When they learned that my son's interview was coming up, they scheduled a consultation session right away. It has been a month with Sylvan, and the experience has been great.

My daughter is attending Sylvan during her online learning, she is in the first grade. Her confidence is increasing, she loves attending the classes at Sylvan and her reading is greatly improving! On top of the school work, they prepared a special program for her to work on her reading. The offices are clean, covid-safe and we’ll organized with many tools to help children learn. The learning groups are very small. The owner Pam is very nice and capable.
My son has progressed immensely during his first month at Sylvan Kahala. We couldn't be happier. The staff is SO AWESOME! Ms. Pam is always there to greet us & give me an update on my son's progress.
My daughter loves going to Sylvan. The staff provides such exceptional service and my daughter is progressing slowly each visit. I am very pleased with here experience.

I love Pam n Sam, the owners, and Kyosuke. They are out front and center and always go that extra mile to please and accommodate all my needs and requests. Very friendly and warm! The tuitor is excellent and is helping my child tremendously! They make us feel like family😊

Yes. Our son Matthew feels confident in school because of what he is developing at his tutoring sessions in Math and English at Sylvan. He looks forward to spending time at Sylvan and in turn, he also looks forward to going to school and encountering new lessons. He does get concerned about having a lot of homework and extra practice outside of School and Sylvan, but he is not overwhelmed by it because he understands how to handle the work. I also really appreciate the ability of Sylvan to assist with homework and SAT testing. This is really great because it demonstrates how flexible Sylvan is which can really help out any kid during their educational career. I would recommend Sylvan to any parent.

Everyone is wonderful and helpful. I am very happy to say that I am pleasantly surprised with the amount of progress that my son has shown in just a short amount of time! He loves his tutor and can't wait to see her! I regret that we didn't start sooner.

We came here so my 1st grader can get tutoring for reading. He was barely reading at a Kindergarten level. It’s already been a month, going twice a week and all I can say is “Wow! I’m impressed!” My child went from disliking reading and having difficulty focusing to becoming more confident in reading, focused and much better at doing his work in school and home. I’m so glad we decided to do tutoring for him. The only regret I have is, I wish we started it sooner than later. By far, we are happy with the results.
