Ladies taking photos so nice and patient with the kids. They took the time to make sure every photo looked good
All the pictures they have taken have been really good of my son. I had a friend who had bad pictures taken and they retook them. I had my pictures damaged by where the USPS left them and they also took care of that. Though, the USPS put them in the same spot again and they almost got ruined again. So, I would consider water resistant packaging in the future, but overall I had a really good experience.

Pictures come out looking very nice. Photographers make sure everyone is adjusted properly for a quality picture. Had a little bit of an issue with the last set of pictures, but the customer service adjusted the pictures and sent me updated photos. Fantastic service all the way around. Quality
When I received my order, the keychain was not what I expected. I called and explained what I was expecting; the gentleman a spoke with assured me it was no problem, they would resubmit the order and send right away. I was not charged and when I asked how to return what I originally received, he very kindly told me that wasn’t necessary. I received the correct items within 2 weeks……great company to deal with!
