The speed in which I received my order was fantastic and sooner than expected the products were also great. Very clear pictures with very happy kids! Great service and product. USPS has put the photos in the mailbox multiple times which rolls the larger photos. Would suggest contacting USPS to note again that larger envelope that clearly state DO NOT BEND, they still are. Maybe the envelope or DO NOT BEND should be larger. Just a note.

One of the products in my package arrived damaged. I reached out to the photographer, who was quite apologetic, and he offered to have the product replaced. The replacement arrived quickly and the company even included additional photos fory use. I definitely would use TSA photography again and the same photographer.
