The actual photo was great. Well framed, great small, natural looking pose. Super easy to order ahead of time. Shipping to home is great so I didn't have to worry about them getting ruined by getting shoved into a soccor bag. Things I didn't like, the background seemed a little yellowy this year instead of the green grass. The pin seems like the back is very cheap and will snap off quickly. Despite the foam insert, my photos had an imprint from the pin. It didn't puncture the photo completely, but it did mar two of the pictures.
