From start to finish, the customer service as well as the pictures were fabulous!!
The staff was very friendly and took their time taking photos -- even with the few kids that were not having the best day overall or behaving, the staff tried so hard to get their pictures and to get a team picture with them included!
Pictures were terrific. The photographers and staff were awesome to work with in the online process was simple. Thank you very much. TSS
Pictures this year were absolutely fantastic and I loved the backgrounds
With our first set of pictures, the mail carrier got them wet and delivered them to the wrong house. When I contacted you guys, you reprinted and mailed them back out at no charge to me and I received them just a few days after the issue. I was so appreciative of your fast response to something that was no fault of your own. On top of that, the pictures look great!
Easy picture day very fast.
