Phot shoots always seem to run on time. Love the ease of pre- online ordering and home delivery of photos. Also, the one season I was unhappy about the cropping of our photo (my son looked very far away in his individual shot) you fixed the problem and reprinted the photos for me. I liked the button...but am now thinking I wish it didn't have kid's name on it...for stranger danger to have. The keychain that I bought last year came with slight crack in it...and wasn't long before it broke completely in two. Hence...trying out the button. Employees were super friendly and helpful on picture day.
