Phot shoots always seem to run on time. Love the ease of pre- online ordering and home delivery of photos. Also, the one season I was unhappy about the cropping of our photo (my son looked very far away in his individual shot) you fixed the problem and reprinted the photos for me. Excellent customer service! Thank you.

Yes, loved the product and the costumer service was excellent!

I liked the button...but am now thinking I wish it didn't have kid's name on it...for stranger danger to have. The keychain that I bought last year came with slight crack in it...and wasn't long before it broke completely in two. Hence...trying out the button. Employees were super friendly and helpful on picture day.
