They go above and beyond to get great pictures of the dogs during their pet mini-sessions. I have had my dog's Christmas pictures taken here for so many years. They are so accommodating for me, I have an anti-social dog that I cannot take to larger places that offer pictures, but here I am able to get him in and out without running into any other dogs.
The choices of items that you can order is great and the prices are reasonable.

I have ordered dance photos from here for the last 3 years. This year the photos came bent and I sent an email, showing the damage and right away I was sent replacement photos in perfect condition. There was no hassle with the replacement photos and I really appreciate it!

I appreciate that when there was a mistake in my photo printing you all corrected it. I have found the company easy to work with and the quality of the photos is good.
My only complaint was I accidently ordered the photos from the previous year and could not cancel the order within minutes of realizing what I did. The user should have the ability to stop an order in the ten minutes after it is placed.
