From my experience TSS Photography does a good job overall. Their staff were helpful and friendly. However, there was an issue at the photo shoot, so it took longer. And they didn't have a sample key chain to visualize how photo would turn out. In any case, wasn't happy with the keychain when it arrived. Sent 2 Emails before someone got back to me. Still waiting for this to be resolved.

Out if the local photos, you guys do the best job. One suggestion might be to not take just from the front; even with smaller bands. It’s seems to often be the kids in front are photographed more. Placing someone off to the side might be helpful.

I loved that I wasn’t forced to buy a big package! I was able to get exactly what I wanted & not pressured/forced to spend money on a bunch of pictures wasn’t gonna use.
The preschool props were adorable. The only reason I scored this company a 9 is I would have loved to seen two pictures of my child then have the option to choose which one I like best.
The pictures were great. Thought the pose would be full view like last year. But her pictures turned out great.
For pre-school photos, the set up is super cute. The photographer was able to get my rather shy girls to smile "normally". However, on the class photo, one of the little boys was slightly cut off on the end. If that was my child, I would have been rather disappointed.
I also think the photo prices/packages are a bit expensive. I have a daughter in elementary school and the company they use have more reasonable prices.
The photographers really worked to get a great image of our non cooperative daughter and even allowed her to come back when less people were around so that she could be comfortable. This is the first nice picture we have ever had taken professionally of her. We are SO grateful for their patience

I loved that you came to a marching band competition. I’ve never seen that before and it was nice to purchase a photo of my child.
