I accidentally placed a much bigger order than I had thought. I sent an email explaining the situation, and by the next day, I received a confirmation they adjusted my order. They are very responsive, and the cookies were loved by all!
Easy ordering, a call to let me know where and when it was delivered. Kids loved the cookies.
They were out of the design I picked but called and made sure I was aware and helped me pick out another. The lady was very sweet!!!

They were honest and followed up with me when they couldn’t do what the website said they could! I could’ve ordered normal delivery as they couldn’t deliver before Christmas while disappointed they contacted me to make it right with alternate plane and charge adjustment.
The turnaround time was quick and a woman called and asked me if I meant to leave out my signature (which I didn’t). Would recommend
