I LOVE the staff in the Naperville store. They were engaging, informative and helpful in their suggestions. I was so pleased with the cookies delivered to our event today. At least 20 of the woman asked me where I bought the personalized cookies designed with our not-for-profit corporation logo.

I hope you don't mind a little constructive criticism I originally Google searched locations for Cookies by Design. I called several store locations and every time, the phone was answered by what I believe was the corporate office voicemail system with no choices other than certain individual names. I was unable to talk with your stores.

To me, cookies by design, their arrangements, they're like a beautiful bouquets of flowers. They are edible cookies, come in all different shapes and designs! This is what makes them so unique and lovable.

I ordered from the store in downtown Chicago not onlevwere they polite & courteous they called the day is delivery informing me it was delivered it turned out perfect just as I wanted . I used to deal with the Orland Park store now closed but the store in Chicago was outstanding great customer service

I’m in Afghanistan and I sent my sister the Unicorn Cookies for her Birthday. She loved them. The lady who delivered them called my sister to set up a time for delivery and once they were delivered, she called me to let me know. Amazing Customer Service. My sister even commented on how nice and upbeat the lady who delivered them was. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

After hearing about a friend's unfortunate accident, I googled cookie basket/delivery options in Oklahoma City. I called the first listing and was put on hold for a long period of time (I eventually gave up). I called Cookies by Design and got an immediate response, help with my order (I wanted the gourmet cookies over the frosted cookies), and on top of it all, she made it work so that the order went out that morning. Our friend was stunned he received something from us within hours of talking with us from his hospital bed! I would call it the best of customer service and the woman who helped me on the phone, went above and beyond. Thank you!

Love the variety of occasion's available as well as the quality of the cookies. Easy delivery.

Your cookies are delicious. The employees are great. The delivery person, Jim, went to Harris Hospital to make a delivery. The patient had been moved to Texas Rehab a block or two away. Jim took the cookie bouquet to the patient there. I really appreciated his extra effort.
