Oh my God, did they do an amazing job on my cookie order. I gave vague instructions for a cookie bouquet for my friend's store opening. Cookies by Design hit a home run. And not just a regular home run, a Moustakas moon shot. On their own, they incorporated my friend's company's logo and products into the cookies. I was blown away. (And so was my friend.) It was personalized to such an amazing degree and delivered on time. I can not recommend these guys enough. Thank you for such incredible work.

The thoroughness of the customer service department. I received a call almost immediately about something I missed on my purchase that would have been so awful to mess up on the bouquet! She called just to ask the baby’s weight and birth date so they could put it correctly on the cookies. My best friend said they were soft and delicious just like they have been for 20+ years!
