I called to see if they could expedite my order for a family emergency. They were able to make an equivalent substitution for a bouquet that was in stock and delivered it within 3 hours. Thank you! I'm across the country and the cookie bouquet was my way to be present and supportive in the family emergency.

What do you like about our products and services?

I ordered late on a Thursday night & online it stated that it couldn't be delivered until Saturday. But, it was for my sick nephew, who suffers with Sickle Cell, and I wanted it to the hospital by Friday, in case he was discharged that night & you all happily obliged! For that, I'm grateful & he was released early Saturday morning, holding the cookies he HADN'T eaten! :-)
