Beautiful arrangement and great delivery

I have been ordering cookies for several years. The bouquets are always beautiful and the cookies delicious and fresh. Recently, I did receive the incorrect order however Cookies by Design in Metairie went above and beyond to make it right. Not only did they make another order for me immediately but they provided a bouquet 10 times better!! It is not often these days that we are blessed to receive such customer service as this.

Our sons love the taste of the cookies and the cheery packaging. Great for care packages to college!

The cookies are delicious and are something the person receiving can enjoy. They are also beautiful and receiving them is always nice.

It is UNBELIEVABLY AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE because the delivery person called me personally to let me know the delivery had been delivered. He also informed me he called the recipient, who was not at home at the time of delivery, to inform her the gift was left on her door step.
