They are always helpful and always deliver quality cookies, on time and unbroken. The manager runs a great shop and is always helpful when I need a little something special. I would highly recommend to other folks looking for a quality cookie store with excellent customer service. I wouldn't get my cookies in the Metarie/NOLA area anywhere else.

The person who delivered them to my mom was incredibly sweet. She has a walker and has trouble walking. When she opened the door she said he noticed her walker and offered to bring the cookies in and set them down for her! Truly appreciate the kindness!

Cookies were excellent but the nicest part was UPS didn't deliver as they should and a very nice lady called me and said she would go pick up the order from UPS and hand deliver it to my daughter. Thank you so very much for your thoughtfulness!

I’ve always loved cookies by design and I’ve given them as presence to a lot of my friends but the one thing that I really liked was that you or called me when they were delivered on right before Mother’s Day to my daughter to let me know that they had arrived. That was very unique and made me feel that I knew that they had arrived and that was something very special. Yes

I love everything about Cookies By Design! I placed a late order on Friday and within and hour I was able to pick it up. The customer service was simply outstanding. My basket looked AMAZING and the cookies were both fresh and delicious! My niece loved her gift which was graduation themed! The staff is always extremely friendly. I accidentally scheduled my order to be picked up a day earlier than I thought I did. They called towards the end of the day it was scheduled to see if I would be there to pick it up. I apologized for the mix-up (that was entirely my fault), and they were very accomodating.
