The cookies arrived as described, but 1day earlier than requested. While that didn't cause any big problems in this instance, I'd be concerned in the future that 1) someone was available to receive them, and 2) the degree of freshness that could be effected by having them sit an extra day before the event.

The cookies made were amazing!! I had a last minute request and told them exactly what I needed. They went above and beyond in the decor and the perfection of the cookie design to coordinate with our finding Nemo theme. All the guest loved it! Thank you for everything!!

Cookies were very cute and delicious! I wish I could of tracked where the cookies were. They were delivered around 530 on Saturday, so I was worried my grandkids wouldn't get them that day.

Anytime I place an order for specialty cookies, the employees are so helpful and polite and take time to work with you. I love my Brookfield store.

Ordering was seamless. Had trouble with getting my email receipt but was able to call and give another email address and the person stayed on the line until I was able yo verify the receipt of the emailed invoice (which was much appreciated). The recipient loved the cookies that arrived when they were requested to be delivered. Thank you!
