I’ve been going to Michelle for the past several years and she is very tuned in to my needs . She always asks how I’m feeling, if I have any issues going on either physically or otherwise and adapts the session accordingly. Generally, I find the a 90 minute session works best for me. I also work with a personal trainer and I’m often times a little sore after these sessions. Michelle emphasizes the need to stretch, thoroughly daily before and after working out, to wear the proper running shoes, etc. In other words, she gives you advice which she expects you to follow to maximize the effectiveness or her therapy. There is regular communication during the therapy so it is tailored to fit how your needs and to maximize the benefit. I find the sessions very effective and highly professional and strongly recommend Michelle in particular.
I was treated to an unbelievable stretching and massage by Pasquale last Tuesday night. I can’t wait to go back again. What other therapists can doin 1 1/2 hours only took him 1 hour without feeling like the massage was being sacrificed

Receptionist was great. .My deep tissue massage was well worth the trip..He did not talk much ,or suggest I return but all in all massage was tops..My daughter was pleased too and her therapist was more talkative and suggested she come back..If it was not 22 miles away from me , I would return...
