Elements is a professional, well equipped, clean facility with a very comforting atmosphere. The staff make everyone feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. The massage therapists are very knowledgeable and have a true passion for their craft (I have worked with 5 of them). They are particularly attentive to physical problem areas I have (herniated disc and torn meniscus). Oh, quite affordable also. There is also no hard sell for add-ons. Really great place.

Roque is a fantastic masseuse who specializes in sports and back injuries and deep tissue massage, he's very good at making sure he is applying the right amount of pressure and gives simple but effective stretches afterward to help improve your quality of life. The staff are very helpful and the atmosphere is just so relaxing.

I treasure my visits to Elements! The service is always outstanding and the membership has proven to be a huge tool in improving my approach to self-care. The monthly reminders to schedule are so helpful and the front desk staff is always so friendly - I have no idea how they always remember me and what I've got going on in my life but it makes me feel comfortable and at home every time I walk through the door. The space is always cozy and beautifully decorated. I've seen several different therapists and they are all very gifted! I had my last session with First name removed and added cupping to the appointment as per her recommendation to help deal with some chronic pain and limited range of motion in my neck and shoulder. WOW. I normally feel great after a massage but the cupping definitely added a whole new dynamic. First name removed was extremely informative and educated me on the benefits of cupping and how it was going to make a difference. She was very gentle in placing the cups and checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable. She continued to deliver a top notch massage. I'm hooked - I'll be adding this service to every session after this. The results speak for themselves, I wish this had been available sooner! Thank you!

Friendly staff

When I call for an appointment, my call is answered quickly and professionally. Brianna tries to accommodate my request, even though it is usually very short notice. When I arrive for my appointment, I am greeted warmly and professionally. The facility is always clean and neat. I have found the therapists knowledgeable and skilled. I never feel pressured to book my next appointment. I especially like that if I do not use my monthly appointment, I can carry it over. I would highly recommend Elements Massage Morris Plains.

My massage therapist was very thoughtful and took the time to assess what I really needed and communicated with me well. She did a great job overall and I felt much better after my massage.

I've been coming here for years and I've always gotten great massages. The massage therapist I always had left so I had to try someone else and he did not disappoint! The only things that disappointed me was that they ran out of bottles of water and I really needed that after a 90 min. massage. I hope that won't be a regular thing because I really enjoy going there.

Tina was awesome. Can't wait to see her again to help all my problem areas.

Great people, friendly desk staff, excellent therapists!

Elements Massage of Morris Plains has a very friendly and relaxing environment. The therapists possess a wide range of expertise, and they focus on my individual needs at each session. Sometimes relaxation is what I am after, sometimes working out muscle fatigue -- and it is always just right. Finally, joining as a member at Elements provides great savings and most importantly reminds me to continue to take care of myself with a massage session.
