It is a very caring facility. When I was diagnosed with Cancer last year, I couldn't get my massages monthly. Everyone was very accommodating in allowing me to catch up this year with all of my missed massages, even being able to give sessions to my friends and family members. Also, I am working with Annabelle, who is aware of all of my post chemotherapy problems and works with all of my needs. It is a very friendly atmosphere and I get the feeling that they really care about me and my special needs.

I had a massage by Annabelle. When I came in, I was pretty anxious from just having a baby a few weeks prior and having a toddler at home too. Upon leaving, I left Elements with a clear mind, no stress and virtually no anxiety. I would recommend Elements in a heartbeat. I just wish I was able to afford to go more often-it was so wonderful.

It is always a pleasure to deal with the staff at this location. They are friendly and professional every time. The therapists all listen to concerns and check in with pressure and comfort level checks throughout the session.

The message I got at Elements was my first ever professional message. When I called to schedule I was surprised with how friendly the staff was over the phone. They asked me really insightful questions in order to pick the right member of their team who would give me the best experience overall.

I was nervous going in, but as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by the sweetest and most professional staff I've ever met! They made me feel very welcomed. Michelle was the one who did my message, and her experience really showed! As someone who is overweight, I was really nervous about someone touching my body, but Michelle made me feel very comfortable and was very attentive to my needs and comfort. She made me feel safe in asking for changes of pressure depending on areas that bothered me. She even found areas that I didn't even know were bothering me! And something I personally liked also is she didn't push for me to have conversation. I'm a shy introvert so making conversation for the whole hour session would be really hard for me! The room we were in was very comfortable and relaxing as well. They made the environment perfect for relaxing-I almost fell asleep! Overall the message was magical and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Everyone was so kind and professional, and they really made me feel respected and welcome. They gave me recommendations that suited my needs without trying to oversell me products I didn't need. I used a Groupon for my message, and the staff was very helpful with that process as well.

I will definitely be scheduling another appointment when I'm back from my vacation! This is a wonderful place to go if you're looking for a friendly, professional, and comfortable location for a message, or one of the other treatments they offer.
