The staff at the front desk is amazing! John is a great therapist. I came in with a stiff neck and he worked out and loosened my neck and my range of motion was significantly increased. They have new covid procedures and the studio has always been too notch maintained. I highly recommend Elements

I was very happy with the customer service and the massage. I am 9 months pregnant and in a lot of pain and my massage therapist helped alleviate the pain I was feeling. I do hope to go back there again soon

The service was fantastic! This was my first massage and the staff was very understanding and willing to explain the different pressure levels before the session. Tina was great; the pressure started out light but I went ahead and said level 4 was fine going forward. She broke down how the tension was building in my muscles and could tell which side I favored based on muscle development. I was very impressed and highly satisfied. I will definitely be back and have recommended Elements to friends and coworkers.
My massage therapist Sam was really sweet and the massage was effective in easing my neck and shoulder pain. The front desk rep took me on short notice (essentially a walk-in) and was friendly and welcoming. I felt comfortable and knew they were going above and beyond with their sanitation procedures. I also felt minimal pressure as a new customer to buy additional services, which will encourage me to come back in the future. Many other local places have high-pressure sales tactics that ruin the experience.

Your therapist Tina is the best in the business. I've be receiving messages for 30 years and I can say I've finally found the best! I have a lot of knots and pains plus some pinched nerves in my neck and she truly takes care of it all. My husband has some medical issues as well and he now sees Tina for relief. My only regret is I can't see her once a week. I've been trying to win the lottery though :)
Plus the staff are ALL great and the place is Very clean and relaxing.
this was my first visit post COVID shut down. I did think the room was VERY warm and add that to the mask for the time on my back, it was a bit uncomfortable. Maybe need to get use to it. Location was clean and staff very friendly and supportive.
