My dog loves it there. The people are friendly, they always call my dog by name, they watch who he plays with and how he behaves, etc. and give me feedback. I can leave him there and be confident that he is well cared for.

Staff are friendly and always greet Ruby with smiles. It's obvious that Ruby loves going there by the way she pulls me to the door. I like that the dogs are evaluated before placing them in an open playtime situation.

I like how friendly the staff is and how they care about the pets. They did a great job of having our dog washed and ready to go at the set time for pickup. Our dog is always excited to go and worn out by the end of the day from playing so much.
Lots of play time vs. kennel time.
Charlie's vet said the best sign of a good daycare is observing the dog's behavior going in the door. If you are dragging the dog in, that's a bad sign. Charlie can hardly wait to get in the front door; plus all of the attention the staff gives him, he's in seventh heaven. Plus the facility is very clean and well maintained.

I like that my dog LOVES to go to Dogtopia. My dog is not comfortable with a lot of people, but she is relaxed and playful while at Dogtopia. This gives me peace of mind.

I love that my dog gets to play with lots of furry friends and that all the dogs have passed the behavior screening so I don't have to worry about my dog when she is not with me. I know she is safe and having loads of fun. I also like the huge room she gets to run around in with her furry friends and that she in not kept in a kennel all day.
We love bringing our dogs to Dogtopia. I know that they are having a great time while we are away having a great time. It's a no guilt experience for us and we come hope to tired dogs.

I especially like the option of taking your dog for a half day of daycare for half the cost. I will def use it more this way!! LOVE LOVE Saturday daycare for $17.00. Everyone is very friendly. When I watch the worker on the webcam she is always busy cleaning or interacting with the dogs. I love that you have webcams but wish you could see better on them. The picture is so small and it only covers a small area of the room on the gym cam. I like the idea that you have the "garage door" so they can go in and out. Kinda wish you had more "beds" for the dogs (I could only see two in the gym) as it seemed sometimes three dogs were trying to lie on one. I have only used daycare so far but am scheduled for overnights during NE game days!! Keep up the good work.
All the caregivers are happy to see our two dogs...and our DOGS are SO EXCITED to arrive at Dogtopia! You have been most helpful to us during our recent surgery for our older dog! THANKS for that...we'll see you soon with both dogs!
