I liked the webcam service. For a first time boarder it brought me comfort. I also really enjoyed that after meeting the staff for only 10 minutes I showed up to pick up my pup after 5 days and upon walking in I was greeted with, "You're here to pick up Gobi?" I was blown away, even questing, "How did you know?!"

Bentley had a great day. He enjoyed meeting other puppies and receiving his summer haircut. He looks so cute and is much cooler.

We like the fact that are pups get very excited as we pull into the parking lot of Dogtopia. We like the friendly, caring, and knowledgeable staff, the personal attention given to us as we check our pups in for the day or for boarding, the cleanliness of the establishment, the attention given to our pups. It's also nice being able to sneak a peek at them once in awhile especially when they are boarding and we haven't seen them for a while.

Friendly staff. They have always called my dogs by their names the minute we walk in the door after the first visit. They always ask about my older dog even though she hasn't been to Dogtopia in quite awhile due to an injury.

I wish the hours were a little longer. Since I am a nurse and work 12 hour shifts, it is not possible to use Dogtopia on the days I work when I need it most.

My dogs are happy to leave me and walk into play area so I know they are having fun and well taken care of. The groomer is great. She listens to what you would like and follows your directions.

The hours are great, particularly the early drop off. I love that I don't have to worry about the dog being bored and lonely all day. She is happy to come to day care and is always happily exhausted when I pick her up after a long day of work (me) and play (her). I highly recommend Dogtopia!

I don't have to feel guilty about leaving my dog alone all day while I am at work.

When I was looking at daycares for Rocco, I came across two that I really liked. After filling out paperwork for Dogtopia and going through a detailed evaluation, I really liked the overall first impression. A few days after, I took Rocco to the Pet Spa Resort to see how they compared; they DID NOT ask any questions about Rocco, including if he is good with other animals, health, etc., all questions I feel are very important for this process. The Pet Spa has a pool, and since Rocco loves swimming so much, I still wanted to give this place a try. But after looking onto the 24 hour cameras at the Pet Spa, I didn't see Rocco at ALL. I had to call the daycare to ask where he was, which they told me he was in his own "suite" while the other dogs played. Completely unacceptable. I drove there immediately and never went back.

Even though Dogtopia is COMPLETELY out of the way of my commute for work, I happily drive 20 minutes out of my way to drop Rocco off. Dogtopia employees know what it means to care for your animal as if they are family. Having this peace of mind while Rocco is not in my direct care is something that I can't put a price tag on. He gets the MOST excited when I tell him we are going to daycare for the day - he knows that his day will be filled with playtime, caring people, and lots of fun! Thank you all for what you do!
