Friendly and know me by name and my dog by name

Everyone was very friendly! I liked that the groomer took time to understand what we were looking for as a cut for our doodle. I also love that our dog could stay at daycare for the day of grooming to avoid a trip form work to pick him up. He loved daycare and playing all day! It was nice to view him on the app as well. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. We will definitely use Dogtopia again in the future!

When I leave Heathcliff at Dogtopia I am confident he will be given the same kind of loving care he gets at home. It's a clean, safe environment and all dogs are required to be up to date with their vaccinations. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They always call Heathcliff by name the minute he comes in the door, even if he's not been there for awhile. They watch the dogs closely and let owners know if they observe any health or behavioral issues during their visit. My dog is an only dog, so Dogtopia is a great place to keep him socialized. Heathcliff is crazy about the place and that really says it all.

They care for your 4 legged pet as if it were human. This is the third time I have used your facility, didn't have any issues this time, but the first time staff called me to ask if pet could be given "rescue" stuff to calm him down and also gave me updates to how pet was doing. Now that I have used your facility more, staff is getting to know pet and routine so haven't gotten any calls but I'm sure if they thought there was a concern they would contact me. I like that idea. I like the webcam too, to be able to check in on pet.

The care and special attention not to just my Katie, but to all the dogs. The cleanliness is superb. The staff is friendly, professional and caring. Never a worry about leaving Katie for a day or a week of boarding. Great environment for her to play with old and new friends.

Everything!!!!! Mostly how caring and happy the staff are. The dogs are all so happy to be there and you guys know them by name!

I am happy that all of the staff know and seem to enjoy Sherman. He's not just 'another dog' to them. The convenience of not having to make a daycare reservation is great as well as the timing for drop offs and pick ups. Sherm loves to attend and starts whining as we near the building because he is so anxious to play!

Personal service with plenty of time allowed to familiarize a new customer with the facility and procedures. Lizzy has fun the first day and was happy when she returned from grooming. She sleeps for hours after grooming if she gets stressed and she did not do this. Friends said this was the best haircut yet.

My Papillon seems to be very happy after he comes home, even when he stays overnight to just a day visit. I was very surprised to hear that he plays well with others.

Love Dogtopia! My girls were treated very well and being able to watch them online was perfect! When I picked them up they were pooped out, so you know they had some good playing time. Thanks for everything :)

I love that my dogs are thrilled to visit. I never feel guilty leaving them for boarding when I know how much fun they are going to have. The get ALL day play here - most other places don't (even if they say they do). It's clean, the floors are safe to avoid slips and high impact. They have thought of everything!
