Friendly and good environment for the dogs
Lucy LOVES to "go play with puppies" and "have a spa day". She knows where we're going when I tell her that! :) When I dropped her off on Friday, the employee (don't know her name - sorry!) told Lucy that "her friend Sadie is here today" - I thought that was so cute :)

We like that it's a doggie daycare/ overnight plus grooming if needed.

Friendly staff, the separated rooms keeps dogs safe but still allows them to have fun, the doggie report cards are an awesome way to let us know whether our dog had a good time and to let us know that our dog is making friends.

How friendly and loving the staff is with all the dogs. Also, how excited Oggie is when he realizes we are going to daycare and how sleepy/worn out he is when he gets home. You know he had a good time.
