Everything--staff really love dogs. In fact, I just recommended Dogtopia to my friend, Kim Hall for Jesse--I hope she takes him.

Good hours, nice people, and I like being able to leave my puppy for the day and know that she's being looked after. We have boarded our older dog before and it was a great option to be able to go somewhere for the night.

I recommend Dogtopia to friends all the time and I'm not quite sure what all the "services" are but my dog seems to enjoy his time there. I personally like the "special event days" and "picture days". - Name removed

However, since you are asking for feedback... I do not agree with being charged a "$4 conveience fee" to have my dog's KONG cleaned out. I brought his own KONG, his own peanut butter and his own spoon. I can clean his KONG when we get home. I also provided a zip lock bag for his KONG items so his messy KONG could be returned to the bag. His KONG keeps him "busy" / less stressed in the crate whereas other snacks do not.

They are very personable and take the time to make me feel confident that my dog will be taken are of just like I was leaving him with a family member.

The staff is very attentive to the customer (me) and have always shown my Holly lots of love and attention the minute I walk into your facility. Holly is always eager to go join the other dogs. I am very pleased with the way the staff conducts themselves and I find the dog areas to be clean and safe for my "baby girl". I have no worries in leaving her in your care.

Convenience and availability to sign on and watch our pet at your center.
Hours for viewing are not often accurate.. Off more so then available during
operational hours.

We take our dog, Pepper, whenever we go on vacation. Through the webcams we can see he is enjoying his vacation as well. We usually get him groomed before picking him up,& he always looks great! The staff is always friendly and professional.

The staff is very friendly and the groomer is the best. My dog starts going crazy when we pull into the parking lot. As soon as we get out of the car he runs and sits by the door. When I pick him up later in the day he’s very tired from playing all day. Dogtopia is the best!!!

I love the staff!!! I love it when my dog gets excited when we turn into the driveway for daycare. He loves it! And I always check in via webcam to see how he's doing and post a pic on his Facebook. When we come in for a groom everyone is happy to see us. I absolutely love this place!!

The staff at Dogtopia treat our dog like family. Any time we leave town we feel confident he will be well taken care of.

We loved the way they made our Lil man feel like part of their family!!! He was a very important part of our lives and up until his last bath and nail trim they gave him the beyond star treatment!!! They them selves are so nice and caring. When we do get another dog we will deffinatly take him/her there. Also we have recommended my mom to y'all :-)!!!

Your friendly employees, your beautiful facility and your animal likeability. My dogs had a WONDERFUL time there. Your really do have the the whole package when it comes to the need you fulfill for pet owners.

All the people who interact with my pup, Lucy, and me. Their caring attitude and always willing to help. Lucy was boarded for 3-4 days recently and she appears to be very well taken care of.

Angel loves coming to stay with you when we go out of town! Everyone at Dogtopia is friendly and caring for Angel when she stays with you.

We appreciate that your staff are so friendly. I can tell when we bring Macie in that she is well cared for by her response to the staff.

Friendly staff that really seem to care about our dogs. Like the pictures of the staff with their dogs. Would like the video feed to be on the entire time the dogs are out...especially while we are on vacation. Video feed is very limited on the weekends.

I especially like the kindness of Dogtopia's staff. They are always ready to answer questions and to follow through with any special need Lizzie might have.

The care everyone puts into cleaning and sitting with my dog,while he eats and they play with him,they learned all his needs and wants and he was treated like family.
