Everyone is friendly & welcoming. Our pup is always excited to go and never wants to leave. She always seems well cared for and we never worry about her when she is at Dogtopia. The web cams are a huge bonus for us overly protective/worisome parents :-)

Our puppy, Gunner loves going there to play. The second time we took him we were surprised that he jumped right out of the car and ran to the door to go play. When the employee took his leash he knew right where he was going and couldn't get there fast enough. He is a mastiff so a bit on the large side and I was worried about him being with other big dogs since he is only a puppy. Gunner had no problem hanging out with the other dogs though. Our daughter loved checking up on him thru the webcam. That made it easier for her to be away from her puppy. And the staff are all awesome.

Everything--staff really love dogs. In fact, I just recommended Dogtopia to my friend, Kim Hall for Jesse--I hope she takes him.

Good hours, nice people, and I like being able to leave my puppy for the day and know that she's being looked after. We have boarded our older dog before and it was a great option to be able to go somewhere for the night.

I recommend Dogtopia to friends all the time and I'm not quite sure what all the "services" are but my dog seems to enjoy his time there. I personally like the "special event days" and "picture days". - Name removed

However, since you are asking for feedback... I do not agree with being charged a "$4 conveience fee" to have my dog's KONG cleaned out. I brought his own KONG, his own peanut butter and his own spoon. I can clean his KONG when we get home. I also provided a zip lock bag for his KONG items so his messy KONG could be returned to the bag. His KONG keeps him "busy" / less stressed in the crate whereas other snacks do not.

They are very personable and take the time to make me feel confident that my dog will be taken are of just like I was leaving him with a family member.

The staff is very attentive to the customer (me) and have always shown my Holly lots of love and attention the minute I walk into your facility. Holly is always eager to go join the other dogs. I am very pleased with the way the staff conducts themselves and I find the dog areas to be clean and safe for my "baby girl". I have no worries in leaving her in your care.
