The entire staff is friendly and very helpful. My family and I are very lucky to have found such wonderful people to take care of our dog.

Mainly that you show that you care about our babies. I love to see their eyes lit up when I'm driving to Dogtopia and they can't wait to get out of the car. Recently they had their nails trimmed and they look great. Also I just left them for a couple of days. This was an unplanned boarding, but I'm glad to say that Meghan returned my calls. I was concerned that they would be cold the night they stayed over, but she reassured me that they would sleep with blankets and that they would be fine. This just gave me a great sense of relief. The food didn't agree with them but they were ok after a couple of days. Thanks very much for caring!!!

Dogtopia is a Godsend!
We have been taking our dog's (they are my children) to the best day care! Patrick's staff is ever so kind and helpful! The grooming is wonderful and when we collect our dog's they are always happy and full of energy till they get home and crash out because they have had such a wonderful time.

The best service of Dogtopia is that the dogs are not kept in a kennel all day. They are allowed to play in open playrooms and outside areas. This allows our dog to socialize with other dogs and burn off excess energy. Our dog loves to go to Dogtopia and gets excited every time we ask him if he wants to go to doggie daycare.

Our dog is young and energetic. I feel he was kept busy and entertained. We have not had him around other dogs so I was happy to see he got along well in that situation. He was happy and looked and smelled nice. We are very pleased with our experience with Dogtopia and how they handled our dog and interacted with us. The webcams are great. We enjoyed watching and it reassured us that he was content.

I like that the staff is so friendly, the dogs play together , not kenneled all day. Our dog gets exercise and comes home tired. Dogtopia is a great place to leave your dog.

Great, friendly staff. We feel very comfortable leaving our dog at Dogtopia, and he really loves it. He was apprehensive at first, but now he jumps out of the car, and runs in to the play area.

Very flexible

We like being able to see our pup on the web cam when we are far away. The staff is always pleasant and happy to see our pup and she loves them back. We really like the 'report cards'. Our pup is our daughter and its nice to see stuff like that. Its the only report cards we get and its nice to hear about her adventure while she was there!

Friendly Staff

It is very clear everyone at Dogtopia LOVES dogs and goes above and beyond to make sure my dog (Lucy Bear) is taken care of. The owners, Patrick and Kay are the nicest people and they really have a passion for dogs. The services are fantastic and I love how she gets treats, snacks, baths, nail trims, during her stay. Probably my favorite thing about Dogtopia is the theme days with photos! Our fridge is covered with them and it is one additional way you guys go the extra mile to show love to our baby. When I drop her off, I know without a doubt she is in great hands. I don't have to worry. She's not locked in a crate all day, she gets to play, and when I pick her up, she doesn't want to leave. :)

The employees always treat my dogs so lovingly & give them plenty of attention when they spend the day@ Dogtopia.

The staff knows us and our dogs by name when we walk in. I know having that many dogs with so much energy can be exhausting and frustrating but they always are incredibly welcoming and warm. Dogtopia is always there when we need to bring the dogs in last minute or when they just need to play their energy out!

I loved that there were Screens in the lobby to watch our dogs' behavior, I got a laugh at the card that was given to me about Dory's behavior and friends, and most of all, the friendliness of every employee I encountered. Dory stayed one weekend and one other overnight...We live in Idaho but visit yearly and will definitely use you again..Dory and we thank you very much..

I like that I can check on my puppy during the day with the webcam. I like that the facility was clean and the people working there seemed to really love all the dogs.

Everything. Riley has always been excited to come to doggie day care. Now he brings Roxy with him, barking all the way.

The thing that I really like about Dogtopia is the staff. They are always friendly and helpful. When I leave my dog, Coco in their care, I know that she is well taken care of; this makes it easier for me to leave her.
