The staff was so sweet and professional! Our dog, Mike, loved his visit there and the whole family felt comfortable with leaving him for the first time, which is so important. So thankful to have found Dogtopia!

The area of play is safe and always supervised. The employess are super friendly and very knowledge about dogs and behaviors. It si slways clean and looks nice and the webcam to see the dogs at play.

The staff are friendly and make us feel secure when we leave our Shiloh there! The clean conditions for the dogs is vital and I was happy they took me on a tour of the areas available to the public. Your groomer is the best in Temecula and our golden retriever always looks and smells wonderful...best of all???? The WEBCAM!!!! No matter where we go we can see our girl happy and socializing.

My dog is young and high energy. Dogtopia is a place where he has learned to Interact with other dogs and burn off lotsof energy. He is always excited when we arrive at Dogtopia and is happy when we pick him up whether it is for boarding or day care. The web cams are a real bonus and a true comfort when we had to travel unexpectedly when our little guy waa still quite young.

The staff at Dogtopia treats dogs like members of a big family, the same way we treat our dogs at home. I know my dog is always in good hands, will have fun while I'm away, she will be tired from a great day of play, and ready to come home to her people for some good R and R!

What do I like about your services? All of it! Especially the friendliness of the staff, the many hours of playtime for my dog, and the option of picking him up all squeaky clean.

When I pick up my dog, the staff talks to me about my dog and gives me pictures of him playing and a report on his time at Dogtopia. It makes me feel like they really got to know him and spent time with him. It's like picking up your child from daycare!

I was especially impressed that the staff encouraged me to leave my dog for a "trial" time before our first boarding. I watched on the monitor as the staff took my dog to an empty room and brought two other dogs in to greet him to gauge reaction and personality. After a few minutes, when the staff member felt my dog was a good fit, she took him in to play with the other dogs his size. Then she monitored play until my dog was comfortable. Only then did the staff member leave my dog to enjoy his time with the other dogs. The staff member already in with the dogs also greeted my dog warmly. I felt so comfortable leaving my dog, knowing he was already so well cared for and treated well.
