Although somewhat difficult to find, it's what makes Dogtopia a hidden treasure, per se once you find it (side note: staff gives good directions). Dogtopia's customer service towards the dogs' owners is personalized, caring, and unsurpassed what one would expect from a dog boarding facility. And their special attention to their temporary four-legged 'residents' is faultless and high-grade. Thank you Dogtopia for being there for me when I needed you.

Everyone was friendly and helpful, from my first online inquiry, to the evaluation, to the pick up and drop off. I felt like the staff genuinely cared about the well being of my girls. One of my girls was on antibiotics and they were administered without additional charge.

That the dogs are not caged up individually all day and night. They are playing and active with other dogs.

I like the setup of the facility. Only question I have is that I've asked about the webcams multiple times and paid $4.99 to get the Doggie O app yet they seem to never be on when they should be. I checked at 3pm on 12/29 and it's not on. I was looking forward to seeing how my puppy gets along with other puppies.

I really like beig able to watch my dog on the cameras while she's there. Also the employees are always really helpful and happy to see her.

The Staff is beyond wonderful!!! Every single one that meets my dog Gus and I at the door acts like they are sooo glad to see us. Also it seems like I'm always getting a discount for something, whether it being my bringing a friend in for dog grooming or Gus being dog of the week or a coupon I received in the mail for Gus's birthday, it's just amazing. I think the best thing is that as soon as I turn onto Overland drive and Gus knows he's gonna see his buddies he is almost uncontainable he is so excited. Just love you guys

We adore your staff !! So kind, and even staying open a little longer when we're running late -- Awesome energy, and knowing that every single dog there has to go through a social test makes us rest easier! Also, the Old Spice baths are FANTASTIC for stinky dogs like Atticus and Harper :)
