It had been very hard to find movers during COVID. These two employees Jaime and Daniel were so courteous and kind.

Crew is friendly and efficient.
The movers were late. I was not given a discount. I had to cancel another appointment later in the day and reschedule. They also left dirt marks up and down the staircase. They brought dirt into the house as well. They where fast in unloading of the truck. They where very curious.

U told us 6 people would come.... only three came. Two came later but they did not do as good three girls. And then they ran out of supplies.
The boys were friendly and seemed happy to be helping me.

Kyle and Orlando were great. They really helped me feel comfortable with the move. At times, women in abusive relationships feel like they are an inconvenience when something is done for them. But they both were very understanding and did their best to move me out right away. I thank them and I thank your business for being understanding.

I appreciated the administrative side of things, the professionalism of the company and team, but had some serious concerns about move-day. The first 2 hours the team worked quickly, but the last hour movement halted. At the start of the 3rd hour, the team focused on moving the piano and washer and dryer. Two team members spent a lot of time debating how best to move and strap these items. One team member stood watching them, and the final team member got antsy and was staging items.
I checked in multiple times to urge the team to continue working - I expressed that I did not care if they used extra footage in the U-Pack as it was cheaper to use extra feet than to pay for their time to pack. I expressed that I was more concerned about get them to move more items in the truck and using their time efficiently. Aaron was the team member who continued to work and stage items to enter the moving truck and even commented to me, "I'm getting restless as well." I really appreciated Aaron's hard work and response to my concerns, as I was frustrated by the rate of progress.
I would have kept the team longer had I seen that they were making progress. However, I decided to send them home after that 3rd hour as I did not want to continue paying for them to stand in the truck and argue. I had hoped that I could be more hands off and that more could be accomplished in the time the team was here.

The athletes were amazing. Problem solved getting a very large treadmill out of a very small door. Super friendly and polite. Very impressed with the whole process.
We had packing services come out yesterday and give us a hand. They were super efficient and the amount of work they accomplished in just 4 hours was incredible. They saved us so much time and a back ache or two!
