the quote for boxes was off and i was surprised we didn't get under the max payment even after i put every box in the garage and had everything ready to go. i was also told i would need 2100 cubic feet of storage space and got 3k and still wasn't enough.

Always get a quick response with scheduling. The teams that come are always professional & conscientious of not damaging our property & our home.
Movers didn’t seem that experienced. Killed a lot of time figuring things out. Didn’t actually start moving for 15 to 20 minutes. Wouldn’t move things that were requested. All in all, 30% more or so expensive than perceived value.

The movers dismantled the individual drawers because it was too heavy and didn't properly reassemble them. Now 3 of the 6 drawers don't open or close properly, 1 barely opens and there was an extra part with ball bearing hidden in one of the drawers. This chest of drawers was practically brand new, this was the first time it had been moved since I bought it. Now I have to pay someone to come out and repair them. This was really disappointing since they were nice guys and otherwise did a really good job.
Friendly, convenient, flexible, efficient, reliable. I have used Meat Head Movers three times and they have been great every single time.

Everything. The guys came right on the dot. They worked so fast; I was amazed at how fast the wrapping and loading was. (We'd previously had Meathead packers box up all the small stuff.) When we got to our new house, they were just as fast and absolutely scrupulous about making sure all the furniture was placed where we wanted. They worked extra-hard, putting rugs in the right places and moving furniture around. All was done with super positive, cheery attitudes! If I ever move again, I'll use Meathead. We recommend them highly.

Everything that was promised was fulfilled. The driver and crew called 15 minutes prior to their scheduled arrival, and there was a full walk through and expectations were discussed. The team was polite, and worked hard the entire time. They also took great care with the items they were moving.

Movers did not wear masks or distance consistently. Items were not delivered to individual rooms. Movers had to take 1 hour lunch break during move that pushed our schedule without notice, wall was scuffed, suitcase handle broken and feedback survey conducted with mover present, thus it was not possible to provide accurate feeback in person. Gratuity exectations and guidelines not provided prior to service. Service cost double all local quotes. We wanted to pay more for a better service and strongly feel we did not receive that.
Very professional, strictly on task gentlemen. Labeled every box to my specifications. Very accommodating to my requirements in type of packing. Did not overload boxes. Sensitive to my particular needs!
