the crew was great and hustled a lot. And the phone support person was also great.

Movers arrived early. They loaded the truck quickly with virtually no messing around. Very polite and very helpful. We were 2 senior ladies with health issues and your guys took care of all that we asked. Appreciated them very much.
Hard workers

Extremely dissatisfied- packers took 8 hours - 1400 -Richard Palmer was in effective quote for move today is $400 over / I called twice asked to speak with a Supervisor they were to call me in 10 mins I am still waiting 5 hours later. Packers came from SLO due to over booking - didn't complete the job broke two glasses & had to leave because they were approaching a 12 hr day. Today we were to have 4 workers - we have 3 & were told we really needed 5 - workers called their management seeking assistance & we're ignored - I will never use your services @ YELP will know why

You guys are awesome. Very professional. The boys were hustling. Made my move very easy.
The packers personalities were good and professional but they were very slow. They packed a lot of boxes almost empty and the items inside the boxes were not fragile. I believed I payed for boxes unnecessary. They packed item that I had pointed out not to pack.
The loaders were also professional and very nice but slow. Also why did I walk around and point out the things they were not to load if they were going to load them anyway.
The two men that delivered my belongings were very nice and professional. I felt that they should have been more that two men unloading. I have to hand it to these guys, they worked very hard and never complained.
To improve, speed up packing and loading. Do not pack and load what was discussed not to pack and load. Hire more people to unload.
I do have to say that the packing was good, my furniture was taken care of. Loading was done with care and the unloading was great.
I think that teaching the movers the importance of other peoples things is really important. While they move quick and some may really like that, that is at a cost. My most favorite possession- my peloton bike screen was shattered. Our sleep number bed has tears under neath. We just purchased the bed so we know it happened in the move. They did not cover my newly cleaned carpets even after asking. I wouldn't recommend Meathead movers to people with a lot of possessions that they care about or a home that they plan to have cleaned before hand since the carpet can not be covered up.

Christian, Joseph, and Javier were exceptional! They were on time, friendly, respectful of my belongings, and fast! I appreciate how careful they were to not damage my belongings or the property. Christian was very thorough in explaining the paperwork and what was going to be happening. These 3 made my move so easy for me!
After the movers left I noticed they chipped the paint off of both the new and old house while transporting furniture. One piece of furniture had a whole. Marks where left on the wall paint of both the new house and old.
Arrived 30 min. late. Had 4 movers w/ 1 apparent lead and frequently 3 movers w/o direction or knowing what to do. Did's seem to have appropriate equipment to use and/or often didn't use equipment they had effectively. Example: 2 movers carrying cabinet 100 ft. rather then putting it on dolly and having one worker roll it in. Brought w/ them approximately 200 blankets of which were not used in my move but yet had to be loaded and unloaded several times from the truck. Also, required 2 trips possibly due to all the blankets that were transported. Workers appeared fatigued and tired even at the beginning of the move. Movers observed spending a lot of time out by the truck trying to figure things out checking cell phones until it was determined how they would proceed. I was initially quoted for 4 workers and 3 hour minimum and I estimated that to be ample time for the move given that I broke down heavy and awkward equipment to streamline. I was charge for well over an hour that I feel these workers were being inefficient. This was a very unfortunate experience as your company typically has a good reputation in the area. Sorry for this feedback but if it doesn't get back to you then changes and training will not occur.
