Broken lamp, damaged door frame moving furniture, mislead regarding time remaining, assembled bed frame incorrectly so it came crashing down almost injuring my girlfriend. My dog frequently sleeps under the bed, so thankfully my dog wasn’t killed. The bed frame is now broken as a result of the movers not knowing how to assemble. Mover also entered residence without a mask and did not leave residence immediately when asked to get a mask.

We are very happy with the movers we had today. They were all on time. Worked diligently to empty our moving containers. They were done ahead of schedule. I would definitely use Meathead movers again. I will recommend them to friends and family.

I feel like I got the same level of service from Meathead that I had with my past moving company that cost me half the amount I was charged for my move yesterday. I also was disappointed that my friends experience with you was not the same caliber of experience I received and maybe that’s because my move cost less? My move team was not aware I needed wardrobe boxes that I confirmed with Sarah the day before as well as with another gentleman about a week prior....and it took one of the movers about 45 minutes to go to Home Depot to get me two, and I was with one mover for that time. The team was nice, but I didn’t feel I got the service that I was expecting for the amount that I paid.

The crew working both days did a great job. The frustrating part was mainly around scheduling. A couple days prior to the move both the packers and movers were pushed back to an 11am start time. This wasn’t a major impact on the packing, but it extended the moving day to where we didn’t finish until 8pm. Basically the movers couldn’t put everything where it needed to go because my kids (1,2, and 4) needed to go to bed So we just called it good and I would have to finish the rest on my own. In addition to the late start, we only had 1 truck and 4 guys for 75% of the day opposed to 5 guys and 2 trucks which was scheduled. This of course slowed everything down, especially with missing the second truck. With both trucks, loading would’ve been much easier and way more efficient. After setting a plan to head to the new house to unload truck 1, I got a call 45 minutes later that they wanted me to turn around and come back from the new house uNtil the second truck arrived so it could be loaded. The second truck finally arrived an
hour later and was loaded. There were just a lot of things that turned the day from being done closer to 4 and had us not finish until 8, and really we couldn’t finish the way I would’ve liked. I was just disappointed in the overall scheduling and planning on the part of Meathead. Most things just didn’t run very smooth and caused a lot of inefficiencies, which of course cost me more money in the long run.

Everything - movers showed up on time (actually a few minutes early) - worked quickly and have everything loaded (and unloaded) in less time then planned - and the workers were polite, respectful, and hard workers.
The recent move we made from California to Arizona went as efficiently and smooth as possible. The Meathead crew arrived on time and ready to work. Two of the nicest and professional movers carefully, quickly and efficiently loaded all our possessions and headed to Arizona to meet us at our new home. Once again they arrived at the promised time ready to work. Despite the triple digit heat they quickly unloaded and re-assembled our our furniture and items. All of our possessions were handled with great care and arrived in the same condition they left in. There was zero mishaps and damage. We were very pleased with our move experience and would not hesitate to recommend Meathead Movers to our families and friends.
