I like everything, the attentive and friendly staff, availability, use of DocuSign and online payment processing, friendly and physically capable movers, cool looking truck....
The mentor inventoried our possessions, agreed that it was correct, filled the truck, said he didn’t have any more room an the truck was too small. I had to make an additional 3 trips with my pickup to move the material left behind because the truck was full.
The Mentor said that the crew was going to lunch, 45-60 minutes and he would call when they were done, to meet us at the location. 1 1/2 hours later I had to call to find out where they were, dispatch told me “they will call you shortly “. 20 minutes later they called and said they were waiting at the house.
The quote was $800, because I was still loading my truck at my house, my wife signed for the move at the drop off location the cost was $1200, an additional $400 and they couldn’t even put together the stuff they disassembled

The 3 gentlemen who moved my stuff were all very nice, polite and made sure everything was wrapped and asked me several times if there was anything they could help me move around once the furniture was in my new house.
The movers were very professional and really wrapped all the furniture to ensure that there would be no damage. They gathered the information of what would be moved and then handled things from there. It was a very smooth move. I would use the service again and recommend them to friends and family.

The services are explained fully up-front. They set the expectations and follow through with the service. EXCELENT communication - e-mail or text notifications, a call to let you know when they will arrive, and follow up after they leave. Covid safety comes first.
This was the second time I've used Meathead Movers, and will again in the future.

the guys were on time on arrival and amazed us with the speed in which they emptied the contents of our house, everyone of them were courteous and polite and made the whole experience a pleasure, no request was too much trouble and all our possesions arrived at their destination 420 miles away unscathed.
One mover was energetic, one was slow took multiple calls and played music too loud. Guess which one I want back. I still have two pods to go. Brett was great. Alex needs some training and better attitude. I tipped both as I know times are hard, but I'm not as satisfied as I expected to be.
Everything...I had a last minute need for a couple strong movers to help move some furniture for a move within the same suite of offices..Furniture needed to be moved away from walls to allow the tech guys to move and re-install our integrated phone and computer system.Your movers were on time, with a great attitude and even helped move some heavy art objects which I never thought about prior to move .
Student athletes were efficient and courteous, and worked hard to make sure our move was completed as quickly as possible. They checked in often to make sure everything was where it should be.
We were a little worried due to the Pandemic, but the movers were pretty good about keeping masks on. I would say, knowing that periodic testing was provided to the movers would have eased my mind even further, but I appreciated knowing that some precautions were in place.

You people were so awesome. Arrived on time, packed quickly and carefully especially with fragile things. So very polite each and everyone of them. We moved out of state and they arrived on time there, unloaded and put everything together and where I wanted it. We have never been so satisfied with a moving company like yours. First off, the quality of the movers was top notch. Each mover was professional, friendly and hard working! Also, they were so fast and efficient that it was easy to stay at our minimum time commitment, which gave me piece of mind from a budgetary standpoint. The entire crew took great care with all of our items, and went above and beyond to provide excellent service.
