Every single interaction.... From the first email, phone call and in person meeting... Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, thoughtful, all around quality people. (And I talked to several). Moving day was like watching a beautifully choreographed dance. They maneuvered some tight spaces and heavy, difficult items with competence and teamwork. I enjoyed watching the respectful and kind way they treated each other. Will definitely use again. And refer people to them.
Initial contact was great. Im the one who underestimated my needs. Dante and Steven were awesome and they went out of their way for me. Let me know the company guidelines. Sweet, worked hard and very professional.
I believe all of this is being addressed when I Speak with Allison this week. The estimate was 1200. The final was 2100. I did get insurance of 182 though. This was my 5th move with Meathead. I’ve always had a great experience. This move day was very long. The handle on my frig was not properly installed and I was not told.

Big scratch on fridge. Also said they couldn’t fit the fridge where we wanted it. My nephew came over and it fit right in easily. My son had recommended this company, but now by fridge looks terrible with a dented scratch.
You smashed my wall. Wrote up a damage report. We're suppose to call me regarding repair today. You never called. That sucks. You forgot to bring boxes. That sucks. The movers were slow . They didn’t take the refrigerator as scheduled. They didn’t take the desk as scheduled. They spent more time on the phone. Now we had to schedule another pickup which means more fees. I was never told about the costs of blankets during the original phone call. Once we get our last move (whatever that means), we will never use Meathead again nor will we recommend.
Everything! Beginning with the people I first spoke to on the phone and the gentleman that came to my home! Everyone was so nice, efficient and you made the process so easy!
Will most definitely use you again if needed and also recommend to all of my friends!
The moving team was exactly on time, pleasant, and professional. This was a stress-free move, the first in decades.
The four young men were very polite, neat, etc. They endeavored to resolve a problem on my end, but it appears to not be solvable. The piano could not be placed in either of the bedrooms where I intended for it to go, because it is too large to make the turn from the hall through the bedroom door. It had to be placed in the living room, which was not their fault.

The team was punctual, updated me about there progress almost every 30 minutes or so, and was really up-front about challenges and what their plan was going to be.
The guys were great and had a lot of patience with us as far as moving furniture and then removing it at another place in the office. The desks were put back together as it was and everything was moved out and into the new office. Very pleased with Meathead Movers!
I liked that the movers constantly checked in to make sure furniture was put exactly where we wanted it. Everything they did made our day go smooth.

I paid good money for my move, plus more for your packing service. The packing service was a disappointment. They left much untouched in my home, plus my garage. The moving guys packed up some and moved the items to the moving trucks. I am still discovering items that were not moved - Your estimator did NOT allow enough time to move much of my property from my home and garage - the moving guys said my time was up and they had to go, but they had time to move my unloaded property from my driveway, back into my garage! Who's fault was it to make an error on the time? He was wrong, not me! Who should pay for my unmoved property? YOU! You do not agree? See ya in court!
