The three man team that were scheduled for my move were AWESOME! The service far exceeded my expectations in politeness, friendliness and professionalism! The cost was reasonable for packing/wrapping furniture, loading, unloading and unpacking and placing furniture where it needed to go! The service provided was PERFECT!

I have used the services on several occasion and had good experiences. This time was a little different. I explained I wanted an estimate to determine if renting a truck versus using your services would be most cost effective for me. The process on getting an estimate, coordinating date, and establishing confirmation on the correct date took a lot of effort on my part. Had to call back on several times awaiting call back from Justine Torres is my understanding. When the movers arrived, I was informed about the double driving? So my estimate failed to include the $217 + for the movers drive time on top of the cost of packing a one bedroom move and delivery. The room was boxed and ready to go. It took approximately 45 minutes to pack and paperwork and 30 minutes to unpack/unload, so estimation would be $275. If you are located in Fresno maybe there is 15 to 25 minutes drive time (30 minutes to 50 minutes round trip, yet my final bill was $ 550. To rent the UHaul was $19.95 plus .85 to 1.09 a mile. In the end I would have been much better renting and calling upon a few friends. I just expected more from you, especially since we have used your services numerous times without these types of surprises.

They ran constantly. And each of them had the physical strength to transport large (relative to me) furniture. And they did it all with a can-do and courteous attitude.
These gents went above and beyond time and time again. I would recruit them for all kinds of jobs if I could. It’s my humble opinion society would function 10-fold more effectively if we all took a lesson from the service these guys provided.
