I love the workout room. free tea, coffee, and ice water. lots of things to do there. most of all you get to meet people. The game room is a lot of fun, you can play pool or ping pong, however since they moved things around it makes it very diffucult to play ping pong.

I enjoy the Veteran meetings twice a month and the people I talk to and meet.

Well my brother is in the adaptive programs (dances) and every time we go it’s so nice and clean he really enjoys it but the staff is very friendly and nice too

The variety of available activities is great! I have been very pleased by the group leaders, who are welcoming and compassionate. Fitness classes are adapted to my individual needs. Staff members at the front desk are knowledgeable and kind.

The center is super clean, easily accessible. Lots of activities to choose from. I especially like the body strength and yoga classes.

The chance to visit and take classes at the center. The nutrition classes and maintenance classes we extremely helpful.

My wife and I have been attending the Grow Stronger Together class ever Tuesday/Thursday for 2.5 years and it’s an excellent class for staying in shape. As a grandparent it’s excellent to keep up with the grandkids. 👍🏻😂

Mobility and Balance class with Diego always gives us tips on things to do daily to strengthen ourselves and the exercises help make us stronger and more flexible.

User-friendly, nice atmosphere and good activities. Workout room and always tea and coffee Fourth of July hotdog party, etc. trips to the museums and Huck’s for fish. Nice outings.
