Melissa and her staff makes every visit of mine an enjoyable experience. I take beginner Tai Chi and Chair Yoga classes at the Senior Center. The improvements made this year are excellent. Looking forward to Mary’s creative mystery dinner this Saturday.

I enjoy the personal repour the employees have with the people who come to the senior center. There is always someone available to answer your questions.
I am particularly happy because they have added an exercise class that is not so robust that old people even with handicaps can attend. We are all suppose to keep moving and it is even more difficult if you have shortness of breath or other disabilities that slow you down. It is so very important that you provide exercise classes for truly old people.
