Yoga class, book club, and friendliness of other seniors.
The facilities are very nice, but the instructor really makes the course enjoyable! I enjoy being able to get a good workout in the Gentle Flow Yoga class with others in my age group.

Allen Senior Center offers many classes for seniors. I love the scheduled outings and the travel experiences I have been a part of.
I really enjoy the activites and classes (especially Diego’s class). The staff and members are very welcoming and friendly. I strong recommend you check it out!!
