I love the walking track, childcare, and towel service. I also enjoy that there are so many spaces, so I don't feel stuck in one place while I workout. We have been so excited to go everyday!

The convenience is what I like the most. The staff seems to be available/knowledgeable and helpful . I am impressed with the fact that every time I have gone inside for a workout, the facility is very clean and welcoming.

I love the cleanliness of the gym, the great classes, the childcare, and the wonderful people who work there. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful.

It would be great to have a sauna and cold plunge option too.

My husband and I took pickleball lessons for four months. We had a great teacher in Ahn. We learned all the rules and had a great time.

Friendly, well equipped in all aspect of “fitness” training. Beautiful building and spaces. Never feel like you’re crowded even when the place is packed on weekends.

Great facility!

We love everything about the rec center! The staff is absolutely wonderful, the selection of classes are great, the fitness equipment and building is clean and well maintained. Excellent rec center facility!

We love the rec center and specially the kids play area. However lately the experience of the new people at the front desk has been very rude, arrogant and not cooperating. We are usually there every weekend, kids run around and play tagging etc. I understand we should we watching them, but should not be running after 5-6 years old. They made it a point for us to not visit the rec center lately because of their behavior.
They should be telling the things to big/teenage kids as they are the worst ones to play in the playarea, being roudy and pushing little kids, intimidating them etc.
I feel like they just pick on us because of the skin color. This led to a decision about cancelling the membership.

Staff is very nice. And the facility is top notch.

Is great to be able to workout with the whole family

Would it be possible to get a small rack of free weights over by the stretch area? Last summer the free weight area was crowded and it would be nice to have an alternative area with some 10/12/15 lb dumbbells to use.

I love the center, it is extremely clean. The equipment is nice and new, the only improvement I wish it had is the treadmills. They don't have fans and there is not a lot of ventilation or fans on top of the treadmills. It gets too hot when running for a while. The staff is super nice and friendly.

Very clean and well maintained. The price is spot on for families to use and enjoy.

Convenient, clean, good calue

I went there for 3 months as a non-member to take pickleball lesson. The facility is huge and clean with many amenities. Every single staff person was super nice.

Hrs of operation. clean, great walking trail, good machines, friendly staff.

I would like to see less candy and unhealthy foodies for sale.

The Terrell Center is very welcoming when you arrive and also is very clean and organized. I enjoy walking on the indoor track, especially when it is raining or too hot to walk outside.

I greatly enjoy my experience at STRC. The change in cycling class location has greatly improved the class experience! Thank you!

Suggestion: I would like to have access to the class schedules on the Life in Allen app. It would be much easier to access information from this location. I would be more likely to try a new class if everything could be located in one place.

I appreciate the fact that there are a lot of workout machines: treadmills, stair steppers, rowing, etc. I have never been unable to find one available for use. I also like that my iPad is charging while I am on the treadmill. Hand towels are always ready for use, and cleaning wipes are in multiple locations. I see staff cleaning the machines on a regular basis. I'm glad I am a member of STRC and have an indoor option for working out, especially when the weather is inclement.
