The indoor track

It's a well-run, clean, modern rec center. I do enjoy my workouts there.

One of the main features that influenced my decision to become a charter member is the track. I have wished more of the building had been used, so the track could have been even 300-400 yards long, which would have made it the outstanding indoor track in the region. Oh, well.

However, I have expressed a desire to see lane markers ON THE TRACK to indicate walkers should use the inside lane so runners can use the outside lane. Most people pay no attention to the signs on the wall. I have run into walkers a couple of times when they're outside, I'm trying to go around inside, they see me coming and at the last instant decide to move.

I love rec center. The only complaint I had were bugs in the mens showroom and hoops not always mounted at 10FT. Seems like those were solved. Thank you for being there for us.

My STRC experience always exceeds my expectations.

We loved the coach and how he worked with the kids. Negative: front desk staff- We're members and it was frustrating that when we sign in as a family, there are 3 members, 3 people present, and every time we scan in they ask with an attitude who all is here ...they also have our pictures, so it's kind of absurd.

I like that there are several aerobic machines available - not just 3 or 4.
The staff is always friendly and greets me each time I come in.
It's nice that towels are provided for patrons to use.

Everything! I enjoy the facility and all of the different exercise options. The employees are always friendly and eager to help. My only complaint is that we don't live closer to the center.

The whole family loves Terrell Rec Center! Everyone is warm, helpful and welcoming. Staff and facility are top-notch! There is so many wonderful classes and programs to take advantage of. The price of membership for all that we get is so worth it!

We enjoy the rec center very much.

I mostly use the track and it is great. Easy to get steps in while air conditioned. Occasionally will do Pilates classes and they are great. Wish there were more times. I’m a golfer so the early morning classes clash with golf. The weights and workout facilities as well as the basketball/pickleball/indoor soccer and looks spectacular while using the track I just haven’t started using them yet.

Most of the people that work there are very friendly. The equipment is kept in good shape, and the place is usually clean. It's nice that they offer towels for our use as well.

It’s a great family vibe with a great and friendly staff

This center is full of different activities and made for everyone! I participate in their rec volleyball league and have had a great time and look forward to the next season! You don't need to know people to get linked into a team so its a great way to meet people and be involved with activities you love.

Cleanliness

The group classes are varied and more than enough for the week.
And we get new classes from time to time, the good ones stay... :)

We play volleyball there and the courts are great. The floors are clean and give a good grip unlike some other places. Great refs.

Spacious

Staff made an easy change for me with no pushback.

The rec has given our daughter & friends somewhere safe & fun to be this summer. A big plus that she can be on a volleyball court with her vb friends too!

I love the adventure track + enjoy using the various workout machines=all well maintained..I'm grateful for the thick rubber floors (with lots of space) & number of available mats to do my own floor work..I find the staff as pleasant and helpful as can be
