Center has all the ameneties
The walking/running track, Cycling class, Zumba, and the treadmill. All the trainers are fabulous and they make the class so much fun.

Always well maintained and clean. It’s energizing to work out around all ages in many varieties of work and play - from stair climbers to basketball courts to weight lifting and birthday parties!
I love the rec. the only thing I would ask is that a room with weights be available. I don’t love the layout of upstairs as it would be nice to have a more private place to lift weights.

My husband and I mainly use the track and some of the equipment, plus my husband started playing pickleball. Our kids and grandkids use the rec center when they visit. We love the many options available. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We love coming to STRC!
