Lt has helped keep me healthy and fit for the 56 years I've been a member
Variety of classes, family atmosphere meaning very friendly...everyone always feels welcome there.
The variety of things available to do for staying healthy and I have met some very nice people there and made friends.
The weekend hours could be longer, in my opinion. I'd be nice to have staff for extended hours then.
The instructors and fellow gym goers are all pleasant and helpful, making our visits very enjoyable.
I have made many friends and the instructors are extremely friendly.
I love the small warm pool
The people
I enjoy the sense of community when I am there. I attend the 8 am exercise classes with Curtis. He is excellent.
Everything was good. They have all that I need.
Thechance to work out at my own pace. Also I like the family atmosphere.
I have been attending the Y now four years. I find that it is clean and well kept. There is never any trouble. Keep up the good work.
My daughter loves her swim lessons, the instructors are fantastic! We will definitely continue to enroll her at this branch despite it not being the closest.
Curtis's classes for the seniors.
Love the Weights for Women class. Cait is an awesome teacher!
I love all the equipment you get to use and the pools to relax in after a workout!
Curtis is awesome!!
Staff is friendly and helpful.
Would like the bathrooms to be cleaned as well as space where Barb and Curtis have class.
Floor and mirrors need to be cleaned.
Otherwise I enjoy working out at the Y.
Thank you
Friendship, caring people at the Glenwood .
Pickleball facility & available time to play is important- do not mix that in with Open Gym. Sharing the Gilmore gym with both basketball & pickleball doesn’t work well & everyone has commented about that to each other.
Also, what happened to the staff assistant assigned to weight training areas? I had questions on what machines to use to target area muscles & never anyone around to offer advice.
Christian ministry outreach is a nice pgm. Small chapel is a welcome room to reflect, pray, etc.
Good classes for seniots
I like the different classes that you can attend and the reiki on Friday nights and the pool also gets you moving
Playing pickleball
Playing pickleball with very nice people.

YMCA is place where you can exercise in an environment where I feel comfortable.
The various options swimming, gymnasium, classes equipment and nice people
I use the upstairs gym and the people who work out there are polite and respectful of one another. Most people clean the equipment after they use it.

The friendships I have aquired.
