I love the exercise classes with Curtis and now I’m doing the arthritis water classes. Both teachers are great and the other members are very welcoming!
I enjoy that i can come exercise at my leisure without difficulty. I also love that i can join a host of classes that are free.

pickleball courts are good and will be improved when the floors are redone
treadmills are helpful but the television monitors are difficult to change-they need a better system

The variety
I am a 67 year old female. I have 13 grandchildren, I want to be healthy for them!!! I don’t want to miss school graduations, weddings or great grandbaby births. I want to be around, to enjoy every last minute I’m blessed with! I can only do my best to achieve this with a healthy mind, spirit and body. I love coming to the Y, it’s gets me out, and other members keep me on my toes, I secretly compete with whom ever happens to be working out next to me! The staff is very friendly, that’s a plus!!! I would love for all my friends to experience the satisfaction of being an older adult, who can still work up a good sweat and walk out the door feeling the pride of a good workout!

I love the aesthetic of the beautiful Glenwood YMCA.. Aside from the nice accommodations, I love to attend the group senior class lead by none other than the brilliant, talented and great Curtos Jones 111!
