It’s relaxing with lots of things to do!!
I like that there is a 4.30pm yoga class and I like how Janet teaches it. I like that it is clean and feels good. The staff and other members are friendly. I don't have to wait long for a particular machine. The location is great for me between work and home.

I am 83 yrs old and the only exercise I get is at the Y -- 2 or 3 times per week. I exercise in the gym on 2 different machines, and then I exercise in the pool for about an hour. I am accompanied by a friend who drives me around town, and we totally enjoy seeing new friends in the pool each time we go. The Y is such a blessing!
Like the pool activity as well as the tread mills and stair masters.
I like the people and the variety of exercise programs.

Eve!ryone is Friendly. Classes are great! Especially Curtis' Silver Sneakers class and Karen's Line Dancing class. Nice to walk the nice track too
So many things to do and it's great to go to other ymca near by for a change in scenery

The Y is great!!! I love the saunas and the weight room and all the great programs..Everyone is courteous and effecient...Great place!!!

Offers a variety of exercise classes. Love the instructors, Barb Ohmer and Curtis. Really enjoy the many openings per day available for pickleball play.
