I did a 23 mile ride this morning after Josh tuned up my bike last week. The rear brake and shifting are better than ever. He is so skilled as a mechanic. He also is so knowledgeable on the history of the bike industry and great places to ride around Chicago and beyond. It is always a pleasure to to see what's going on At Still Ride.

Still ride is a great bike shop and it’s locally convenient. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve gone there a few times for different problems. I’ve had with my bike and they’ve always been able to diagnose the problem, fix it, and all very reasonably priced.
I can't say enough good things about the repairs you did on my bike. Everything works perfectly, price was more than fair, level of service was excellent and I appreciate everything you did to get my bike working well again. I went into Still Ride Bike Shop with a tire/ wheel issue on my Cannondale hybrid bike. Josh spent the time with me to figure out my issue and to help me find the right tires for my bike. After installing the larger tires just to see if they would fit, we saw that the rear tire didn't fit near the bottom because the rear wheel was misaligned and the spokes were out of adjustment. The spokes on one side were looser than the other and the hub was slightly off center from a previous install from another shop. Josh spent the time to fix it and get it realigned/ centered by adjusting spokes. The larger width tires now fit easily and the bike rides amazing.
