I love my new Trek ebike.
It’s great to have a bike repair shop downtown in Tinley Park. I took my Trek in to get “tuned up and cleaned up” for Spring. The bike was done within a couple of days, riding fine, looking great and functioning perfectly. I wish them every success with their business in the Tinley Park location. It’s just the type of business our town needs.
Energetic will to get my repair business. Fair price for parts and service a bit under the level I would have paid where I have historically gone. Return of bike in a timely manner despite the busy time for the biking season. Glad to shop locally. Good communication during the whole process.

Friendly and very competent
I was so happy with my experience at Still Ride! I have been dreaming of a new bike for some time, and have been browsing online and at big-box stores. I felt really overwhelmed with all of the choices, and wasn't sure about anything, so I just kept putting off the purchase.
From the moment I walked into Still Ride, I felt immediately at ease. I told Josh, the owner, that I mostly ride the Des Plains River Trail, but was looking for something that could take me safely across Iowa for RABGRAI this summer. He listened, and matched me with a Trek Checkpoint - I couldn't be happier! I am glad that I chose a store that I can come back to if I have questions or need a tune-up. There were also super cute items for sale like super fun hand-painted bike bells; I will definitely be back!

Josh was great to work with. Quality parts, and great selection of pedals to choose from if you are looking to upgrade, or give up the cleat pedals and clipping in.
The tune up 9n my bike has it riding like new. It feels fast & smooth again. New inner tube, tires and complete tuneup and bath has my baby looking & riding sweet.
I'm already thinking about getting a new helmet since they selection is great.
